Are Rokform cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes, most of our cases are designed to be compatible with wireless charging. However, for the best connection, we recommend removing the center magnet or using our specialized MagSafe-compatible Rugged or Crystal series cases.
How strong are the magnets used in Rokform cases?
We use high-grade Neodymium magnets that are specifically engineered to provide a secure hold on any magnetic surface without damaging your device's internal components or GPS functionality.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is provided via email once the package leaves our warehouse.
Does Rokform offer a warranty on its products?
Absolutely. We stand behind our quality with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all cases and mounts, and a 1-year warranty on electronic accessories.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging.
Will the magnets in the case affect my credit cards?
While our magnets are shielded, we recommend keeping magnetic stripe cards away from direct contact with the magnets for extended periods. Most modern chip-based cards are unaffected by the magnetic field.
